I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were wonderfully appointed with everything I needed, although the noise from the adjacent side street was a downside. The service was absolutely fabulous, with staff who clearly love hospitality and go above and beyond to make your stay special. The location is perfect for exploring Porto, right in the bustling Rua das Flores. The dining experience was great, offering a variety of options, and the facilities were top-notch.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable, making me feel right at home. The service was top-notch, with the staff being pleasant, helpful, and always there when needed. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Porto with a charming rustic vibe and stunning rooftop pool views over the Cathedral. While the rooms were small for a five-star establishment and navigating the hotel involving 2 lift rides was a hassle, the wonderful spa with an excellent view of the cathedral was truly a highlight.
